Gluten free muffin dark

Recipe:

1,000 g GLUTEN-FREE MUFFIN

50 g Cocoa powder 20-22%

310 g Vegetable oil

515 g Water

150 g Chocolate chunks



Procedure:

Mixing time: 3-4 min in medium speed using a spatula. Add chocolate chunks at the end of the mixing time.

Weight: 70 g per muffin

Oven temp.: 180 °C

Baking time: Approx. 20-22 min
